The Train is a level in the game IMSCARED. It is a short level, and follows the Metro and precedes the Grave. The level obviously takes place on a moving train.
Appearance[]
The train is a gray train with several windows on both sides. The floor of the train is colored red. Through the windows, the player can see other trains passing by, indicated by white circles that quickly pass the train you are on. Throughout the level, you only walk around one traincar. There is a green bed in the middle of the traincar, and each end of the traincar has a button. One of the buttons has a text box behind it that says:
"I hope you reached this sign in a minute.
There's a new file on the Desktop, but I know it wants to destroy it.
I hope it's still there...
If not, I'm sorry"
A new text document will appear on your desktop titled "My Last Will.txt". In the document, someone tells the player that if they want to delete White Face from their computer, they must keep playing and keep watching. Many people missed this, since they only looked into the "imscared" folder, and not their desktop.
Walkthrough[]
All you need to do is push the button infront of the text box. After that, go to the other side of the train and push the other button. Keep going back and forth, pushing the buttons while the bed in the middle gets more and more suspicious and bulged, until the bed is suddenly flat and the noise stops. Now you can go out of bounds from the train. In the distance you will see a white figure. Approach HER, and the game will close. Go back in, and you will be sent to the Grave, the final area of Chapter 2.
Trivia[]
- On June 14, 2014, a teaser video for the Steam release of IMSCARED included this map on it. The video shows the player standing still inside the train.
- If you go back to the text box after pressing the final button, it will display "Come and face the truth" in red text.
